Chef José Alfredo Bazan Bello

Originally from Mexico City but strongly influenced by the flavors of Oaxacan, Veracruz and Yucatecan cuisine, Chef Bazán (as his friends call him) will participate for the 3rd time in the IGF but now as the host chef of Bocados Restaurant. Chef Bazán is a lover of charcoal cooking, underground roasts or pib (a Maya technique) and slow cooking, he brings to each dish an intense and explosive flavor at the same time.
With more than 21 years of experience in the kitchens of both Mexico and Spain in different hotels and restaurants, he has had the fortune of cooking for great personalities such as the King and Queen of Spain, former presidents of Mexico and renowned personalities of the artistic world.

Chef Fernando Martinez

Fernando Martinez, Chef mexicano con más de 21 años de carrera y experiencia en el área de la gastronomía, ha tenido su desarrollo profesional en restaurantes emblemáticos de su país.
Es ganador al certamen de » Mejor Cocinero de México» en el 2014.
Ha logrado posicionar algunos restaurantes de la ciudad de México dentro de los 1000 mejores de todo el mundo y fue nominado por Food & Travels Awards en 2018.
Actualmente dirige dos restaurantes MIGRANTE y CASA KUN, uno con cocina completa e inclusiva y el otro con presentación de cocina de mar y mexicana.
