Born in the Oaxacan Mixteca, the traditional cook has cultivated the love for the family kitchen of our grandmothers since she was a child. Her discipline and constant work converge to fulfill the firm objective of preserving the authentic recipes of Oaxaca. In Tierra del Sol, the cook prepares exquisite traditional oaxacan dishes, with emphasis on those coming from the Mixteca region, such as chileajo, mole de caderas, tetelas, stews with huajes, and picaditas, among many more.
