La Casa by Thierry Blouet is a culinary journey that reflects the Blouet Family’s love and dedication to cooking in an environment where harmony is experienced in every space. On our menu, you will find a combination of innovative dishes and reinvented classics, which stand out for the quality of their organic ingredients as well as the impeccable technique of two generations with their inspiration from the cuisine enjoyed at the family table.

Each dish is a celebration of authentic flavors. Our proposal is inspired by traditional recipes with a modern touch, using local and seasonal ingredients.

Originally from Mexico City, Chef Jorge Diez Martínez García is the chef and founder of Grana Sabores de Origen, a restaurant that pays tribute to Mexican products through a contemporary lens infused with Japanese inspiration. His culinary philosophy is rooted in agroecological, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers committed to sustainability, ensuring that every dish is a true expression of both flavor and responsibility.

Recognized as one of Food & Wine en Español’s Best New Chefs 2024, Jorge has positioned Grana among the Guía México Gastronómico #Los250MX in its 2024 and 2025 editions. His restaurant is also nominated for the prestigious MexBest Awards 2025, further solidifying his reputation as one of Mexico’s most promising and innovative chefs.

Chef Jorge’s cuisine blends precision, sensitivity, and respect for the environment, creating an immersive dining experience that goes beyond the plate. Central to his approach is omotenashi, the Japanese concept of hospitality elevated to its finest detail, where every guest is treated with sincerity, warmth, and attention. Guided by the principle of ichi-go ichi-e—“one moment, one opportunity”—his vision reminds us that each encounter at the table is unique, unrepeatable, and deserving of complete dedication.

Thierry Blouet

With a career dedicated to the culinary field, Thierry Blouet is a chef of great international renown, known for his innovative approach and his passion for haute cuisine.

Chef Blouet’s vision when designing the gastronomic concept of La Casa has been to reinterpret, using haute cuisine techniques, dishes with the flavors and forms that are traditionally cooked, enjoyed and celebrated in his home.

Throughout his career, he has represented Mexico internationally with a unique and sophisticated proposal by fusing elements and techniques of French cuisine with exotic touches of Mexican ingredients. He has proudly directed various gastronomic projects, including the International Gourmet Festival, the Thierry Blouet Award that promotes the development of outstanding talent among young Mexicans, in addition to directing one of the most important Independent Gastronomic Groups in the country, which has allowed him to be a global reference in the industry.

In 1990, he founded the Café des Artistes restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which quickly became an icon of haute cuisine not only in Puerto Vallarta, but in Mexico as a country.

Thierry has been recognized with numerous awards, including being part of the Académie Culinaire de France and receiving the title of Maître Cuisinier de France. His commitment to excellence and innovation has allowed him to be respected and admired by the Mexican tourism and gastronomy industry.

Her love for gastronomy was born from an early age, inspired by the influence of her father and a family environment dedicated to the culinary arts. With a solid professional training in France, Vanessa has perfected her technique by proposing a unique style that fuses French traditions with a modern and creative approach.

During her time in France, Vanessa not only mastered the basics of haute cuisine, but also acquired a deep understanding of the gastronomic culture and rigor that characterizes top-level cuisine.

Vanessa Blouet, will execute her technique with a fresh, intuitive and creative touch in the concept of family and culinary experience of La Casa, incorporating seasonal ingredients and avant-garde elements that bring personality and sophistication to each creation on the Blouet family table.
