Chef Arturo González
Originally from Toluca, Estado de México, Chef Arturo González discovered his passion for gastronomy at an early age. He graduated with honors from the Instituto de Gastronomía Grupo Isima in Toluca, where his journey toward culinary excellence began. Since then, he has dedicated his career to the relentless pursuit of perfection and innovation in the kitchen.
Arturo has participated in prestigious culinary events, such as the “Thierry Blouet Trophy 2017” competition and the “International Gourmet Festival” in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, where he made his mark with creativity and talent.
His professional experience spans some of Mexico’s most important tourist destinations, including Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen, and his hometown of Toluca. He has worked in renowned establishments like Secret Maroma, Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, La Fishería in Playa del Carmen, and El Suizo in Toluca.
Currently, Arturo serves as the Executive Chef of Mar y Vino and IK Mixology in Puerto Vallarta, two of the most visited restaurants in this beautiful tourist destination. His commitment to quality and continuous training are the pillars that drive him to elevate gastronomy to exceptional levels, making every dish an unforgettable experience.

Chef Lucy Noriega
Chef Lucy Noriega is a highly respected culinary expert with 26 years of experience, celebrated for her contributions to the industry. A graduate with honors from L’école et Fondation Le Cordon Bleu in London, she has held prestigious positions at renowned establishments like the Ritz Carlton and Harrods. Her role as the chef for the Mexican ambassador in the UK allowed her to cater to royalty and political leaders, including the Sultan of Brunei and exclusive dinners for Lady and Lord Brennan of the Ritz Hotel.
An accomplished speaker at international gastronomic congresses, Chef Lucy has led culinary tours for the Mexican Embassy in countries such as Romania, the UK, Dubai, and Italy. Her remarkable achievements include organizing dinners at Buckingham Palace for Queen Elizabeth II and participating in high-profile festivals, such as the Wagyumex Festival in Florence and a Mexican gastronomic showcase in Bucharest.
Currently, Chef Lucy serves as the corporate chef for Grupo Reyma’s Gastro & Resorts division, managing 13 business units, including acclaimed restaurants and a banquet facility with a capacity for 10,000 guests. With upcoming engagements at FITUR 2024 in Madrid and as a guest chef at Millesime Weekend in San Miguel de Allende, she continues to make a significant impact in the culinary world.
