Verónica Linares
Originally from Bucerías, with a father from Michoacan and a mother from Veracruz, my culinary interests began when my paternal grandmother moved just a few steps away from us. Her unique and unmatched ability to prepare traditional Mexican dishes transformed my world and ignited my passion for the profession.
Over the years, my enthusiasm for learning led me to explore Italian cuisine, which opened up opportunities to work at various places in the bay and hotel groups. It was there that I met Chef Nabor Perez, who recognized my dedication and discipline and encouraged me to pursue a university degree. At the age of 27, I began my studies at the Universidad Vizcaya de las Américas. During my journey, I connected with Grupo Argentilia, who offered me the opportunity and confidence to develop as a unit chef specializing in seafood, and years later at the restaurant MEET MEAT.

Eduardo Durón
Eduardo Durón is a chef from Tepic, Nayarit, whose passion for gastronomy began at a young age, influenced by his family’s culinary traditions. He studied at the Universidad Tecnológica de Bahía de Banderas and has worked in fine dining restaurants and large-scale tourist developments in various parts of Mexico, such as Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Loreto, and León.
In 2019, he won first place in the Concurso Cocinero Guanajuato. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned national and international chefs, including Jonatán Gómez Luna, Abel Hernández, and Aquiles Chávez, under the GRUPO ARGENTILIA umbrella. For the past four years, he has held the position of corporate sous chef for the group, overseeing its six specialized brands.
Currently, Eduardo continues to seek new flavors and culinary experiences. In 2024, he will further contribute to the group’s culinary growth, developing national and international collaborations to expand the group’s reach.
