Welcome to the new AMIXTLI RESTAURANT, located at XALLI CLUB, right in front of the sea in the south area of Puerto Vallarta, a gastronomic space of excellence that offers the best of Mexican and international cuisine. Here, Chef Eduardo Osuna, with his extensive experience and creativity, has transformed dishes into emotions that delight the senses.
Starting with our brunch, we offer a selection of fresh and vibrant dishes. During our lunch, you will delight in the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine and the Pacific in every bite. Then as night falls, our restaurant transforms into an elegant and cozy space, perfect for a romantic dinner or special celebration.

LOCAL CHEF

Ignacio Uribe

Originally from Puerto Vallarta, he has had a culinary career of 30 years, working in several important restaurants in the United States and Mexico. He has also participated in several important events, such as the International Gourmet Festival and the James Beard Foundation. Currently, he works on the Xalli Club project and the Amixtli restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. In addition, he has experience in home dinners and banquets, food and beverage courses, wine culture, and craft beer production and pairing.

GUEST CHEF

Eduardo Osuna

Born in 1976, he began his culinary training in Girona, Spain, where he learned traditional and avant-garde techniques of European cuisine. After working in some of Mexico’s top restaurants, including Four Seasons and W, he became a leading figure in contemporary Mexican cuisine and founded the non-profit organization Chefs al Rescate. He has also collaborated with Mexican chefs such as Mónica Patiño and Patricia Quintana. Among his numerous accolades are first place in Nestlé’s National Creative Chef Contest in 2006 and the La Llave del Progreso award in 2008. In 2010, he joined elgourmet.com, where his fame and recognition continue to grow through various programs such as Gourmet Responde, México en 44 Platos, and S.O.S Soluciones Prácticas. A new season of his program is expected in 2023.
