Boran Tas

With over five years of experience in high-level European kitchens, Chef Boran Tas blends flawless technique, creativity, and a deep passion for gastronomy. He is currently part of the prestigious Schanz.Restaurant in Germany, awarded three Michelin stars, where he hones his craft at the highest culinary level. His career also includes time at Artis by Tristan Brandt in Switzerland, a venue recognized for its innovation and excellence, where he worked alongside some of the most renowned chefs in the world.

Fluent in German, English, and Turkish, Boran is much more than a talented chef—his charisma, contagious smile, and boundless energy make him a true ambassador of fine dining. Passionate about CrossFit, martial arts, and traveling, he uses each journey as an opportunity to immerse himself in local culture and learn from its culinary traditions.

With an approach that combines European precision with a fresh, personal vision, Boran joins the International Gourmet Festival to present a menu that will surprise and delight.
