Chef Andreas Fischer
Born in Germany, Chef Andreas Fischer completed his classical culinary education and internship at the Parkhotel Altmühltal in Gunzenhausen. He honed his skills in prestigious hotels and restaurants across Germany and Switzerland, including the Waldhotel National in Arosa and Hotel Kemmeriboden-Bad in Schangnau. In 2015, he relocated to Puerto Vallarta, where he has served as Executive Chef at Azafrán Restaurant ever since.
Chef Andreas brings a fresh, sustainable, and refined approach to the kitchen, emphasizing the use of the finest local ingredients. His culinary style is a modern interpretation of classic dishes inspired by his mother’s cooking, combined with elements of modern Mediterranean cuisine and advanced European techniques.

Stefan Pappert is a recognized Lead Chef with over 20 years of experience in banqueting and hospitality. His impressive career features prestigious roles at Wembley National Stadium, The Royal Household, and the Austrian Women’s National Football Team. As a Master Chef of Great Britain, he has expertly catered to a variety of high-profile events, including the UEFA Champions League Final, FA Cup Finals, and World Cups.
Currently, Stefan oversees culinary operations for Delaware North at Wembley and Compass Group UK and Ireland. His unwavering passion for excellence is evident in every dish he creates.
