Diego Guerrero Lopez Chef of Makal. 27 years originally from Mexico City, my beginnings were in that same city in renowned restaurants coml Catamundi located in Polanco, Rosetta Restaurant which is one of the 50 best in Latin America. A couple of years later in the group Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta, and in Tijuana, a restaurant called Oryx and different visits to other kitchens for collaborations or events throughout Tijuana, Ensenada and the Valle de Guadalupe, which came to add widely to my gastronomic idea and defined my style of cooking.
Chef Jairo Villalvazo
Passionate Bajacalifornian Chef dedicated to discovering new flavors from around the world. Like a gastronomic mercenary, he has taken Mexican Cuisine beyond borders, leading the kitchens of renowned gastronomic projects in Mexico, the United States, and Latin America. All of his proposals focus on the cultural exchange of flavors found in Baja California. He is currently in Chicago as the head chef of the restaurant Tzuco.
