Angel Morales

A native of Guerrero, Chef Angel Morales entered the culinary world in his youth. Chef Angel arrived in Puerto Vallarta in time for the opening of River Cafe; where his initial training was experimental; motivated to learn and grow, he observed the work of renowned chefs who collaborated at River Cafe. In time, the owners recognized his efforts and financed his studies at the Franco – Mexican Institute of Gastronomy.

Miguel Nuñez

Miguel Nuñez is a chef with Zacatecan roots and a deep passion for Italian cuisine. At 33 years old, he has accumulated 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, establishing himself as one of the most promising culinary talents in Guadalajara.

From an early age, his love for gastronomy was influenced by shows like Iron Chef and the family business at the Felipe Ángeles market. At 17, he began his studies at the University of La Ciénega and immersed himself in Italian cooking by working at a local restaurant, where he learned from Italian chefs.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned chefs such as Francisco Ruano at Alcalde and Diego Hernández at Corazón de Tierra, as well as Paul Bentley at Bovine and Atomic. In 2021, Miguel took an important step by launching his own project, Succo Cocina Italiana, at Plaza La Perla, where he stands out for offering an authentic and hospitable culinary experience.

With Succo Cocina Italiana, Miguel Nuñez reaffirms his commitment to innovation and passion, providing a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Guadalajara.
